1. Participation & Eligibility

Participants must be aged 7 years or older. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. All participants must be in reasonable health. Persons with serious heart conditions, severe respiratory conditions, or recent surgery should consult their doctor before participating.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Submitting this form constitutes a booking request only. Your booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from Solar Sea Walk. We reserve the right to decline any booking request.

3. Cancellation & Weather Policy

• Solar Sea Walk operates in light rain, as this does not affect the underwater experience.
• Sessions may be cancelled in cases of strong winds, rough seas, or circumstances affecting safety.
• In case of cancellation by Solar Sea Walk due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered.
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled dive will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled dive, or failure to attend, will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• Clients who are unable to participate due to a valid medical condition or illness may be eligible for a refund upon providing appropriate justification.
• Clients are required to arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled dive time. Arrivals more than 10 minutes after the designated meeting time will be considered a no-show, and the activity will be cancelled without refund.
• For safety reasons, any client found to be under the influence of alcohol or any intoxicating substance on the day of the activity will not be permitted to dive. The activity will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.

4. Health & Safety

All participants must follow the safety briefing given by our trained guides. Participants must not touch or damage coral reefs or marine life. Solar Sea Walk is not liable for personal injury resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.

5. Liability

Solar Sea Walk and Undersea Walk Ltd accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings. Participation is at the participant's own risk. Our team takes every precaution to ensure your safety throughout the experience.

6. Photography & Video

Solar Sea Walk may take photographs or videos during the activity for promotional use. By participating, you consent to such use unless you notify us otherwise in writing before your session.
